How to accept Army ROTC Scholarship?

I was awarded a 4 year scholarship this past board, and I've heard that I have 30 days to accept it. I am expecting the packet in the mail, but is there a way to accept it now online? I read in other forums from past years that there was a copy of a winner letter in the portal, but I don't see one in mine. Was I supposed to get one?
