How to rebut a disqualification

I recently went to an eye exam and it was found that my eyes are correctable to 20/20. I was disqualified for having distant visual acuity not correctable to 20/20 about a little more than two months ago. How would I go about rebutting my disqualification? Thanks

My best guess would be to send the information (officially from your physician) to DoDMERB but you should talk to him first.
