How to schedule interview and PFA

My DD has had her ACT and transcript validated for a couple of weeks, and is hoping to do her PFA and interview before school starts. Her coach has not received an email yet about proctoring the test, her email was on the application.

Does she reach out to a PMS to schedule it and how is the PFA scheduled? Thank you!

She will schedule the PFA with whomever she put in the portal (sounds like her coach). To schedule the interview, she needs to call one of the units listed in her portal to schedule it. I can't remember if DS#1's PFA proctor got an email. He must have because he sent in the PFA results himself. DS#2 is waiting until it cools down here in TX to start the clock on his PFA so he hasn't submitted that part of the app yet. He will call to schedule his interview this week, however.
 
I think there may be a form to download for the PFA evaluation... not sure and cannot research it since I'm not an applicant.
 
I emailed the email address on the ROTC application portal to request an electronic copy of the PFA form. My coach didn’t receive the automated email with it attached. She administered my PFA, signed the form, and I scanned it in and uploaded it. It was approved about 48 hours later.

My DS just gave a gym teacher the PFA standards and signed the PFA form. The PFA was accepted. No scheduling or emails necessary.
