Hypothyroidism

Hello, I currently have a very mild condition of hypothyroidism that is currently medicated very lightly, though I am fine without it with very very little side effects for upwards of 30 days. Can I get this waived or is it a DQ?
Edit: I would like to be a pilot in the ANG

I am not positive, but I believe ANG uses a different medical system than DoDMERB. If it was me, and saying I want to be a pilot my concern would be if this condition is FAA FC1 qual. You state you have a very mild condition that requires meds with some side effects within 30 days, it says to me you need these meds. and that can be an issue.
