I know it is pretty late in the game, but can anyone gauge my chances?

Is the 4.02 out of the 5.0 scale?

I think your application is pretty strong in pretty much every aspect though! PFE may be a little low but I think your experience on all those varsity teams more than makes up for it.

I would say you are a really strong candidate as you fit right into the 1270 SAT as well. My stats are almost identical to yours, I'm also applying to West Point and CGA. Hope to see you at one of the two this summer!

If you don't mind me asking, which region are you from? Just which officer will be deciding your application before it goes to the committee? I'm from NC!

My Admissions officer is Lieutenant Brennan Dougherty. I've been reporting everything to him. Did you interview?

Same here! I did not interview, nor did I do a summer session somewhere. My biggest regret about this application process but what can ya do.

Did he happen to tell you around when we'd hear back, and when did you submit? I heard its rolling until April 1st but was hoping for a more concrete timeframe. I submitted everything on January 10h I believe.

I submitted November 21 and I completed my Interview December 23rd. From all that I've heard it depends on how competitive you are and where your application falls in the review cycle. My interviewer told me that the Review Board meets every two weeks. If we hear back it will be a call from our Admissions Officer or through the BFE. As far as I know we could hear back April 1st.

Are you a recruited athlete for soccer? What is the highest math class you have taken? Your SAT scores are below average which is going to be a problem unless you are a recruited athlete or an under-represented minority.

I have filled out the recruiting page on the CGA athletics website but I have heard nothing back. I am taking the hardest math classes offered at my school (Pre-Calc Honors, College Statistics), but I hope that doesn't put me at a disadvantage.

If you have not heard back from the soccer coach then you are not a recruit. Being a recruit would get a coach on your side with admissions. White males are the most common service academy applicant and based on what I have seen that includes you. Because of this you will have to have higher SAT test scores than the average. Your Math SAT score actually is closer to the 25th percentile for last year's admits.

Got it. My SAT scores are definitely my downfall, but hopefully I am "well rounded" enough to warrant admission.
