I would call and email both the school ROO where you accepted or Cadet Command to ensure they received your acceptance. Keep the file showing time stamp if you emailed it.
Last year my son did the same and half way through first semester and cadre was not aware of him accepting the scholarship. It got worked out because we had the email showing the acceptance w time and date.

Talk to the ROO where you accepted the scholarship. Then can see you acceptance status in CCIMM.
