BAH and living off base
DS reported to Benning for IBOLC last March. He rented at Independence Place apartments. It's a gated apartment complex. He did not have to find a roommate because they rent by the "person", not by apartment. He's in a 2 BR. He actually had the apartment to himself for several months, but I think he may have gotten a new roommate recently. The complex isn't that far from Benning and the drive isn't through a great neighborhood, but there are several Columbus police officers that rent there, too.
