Don't ever, and I mean EVER try nicotine.
I've been off for 11 weeks now. Each day gets a little easier. But DON'T BE FOOLED
People will tell you that you can't get hooked, that it's no big deal. I realized I needed to get off nic when I'd wake up in the morning and the first thing I would do is reach for my vape and take a puff. When it's the first thing you wake up with, and you're doing the highest concentration possible, and it doesn't even get you buzzed, it's just something you NEED to do, its a problem.
Hitting it once with some friends, or at a party is the first step. Don't take it. Just decline politely, say you don't do it. Never EVER buy one.
I'm begging with you, please don't. It destroys your lungs and messes with your mind so bad.
I know we hear our teachers and parents say it, but hear it from me: Don't ever, and I mean EVER try nicotine. It only ends one way.
I still can't even stop vaping. Since January I've slowly lowered the concentration and now I vape but without any nicotine. Which is JUST as bad let me tell you.
It destroys your lungs, I know most of you are here to be officers, and if you're struggling during PT cause you can't breathe, it's gonna create a whole slew of problems.
