Incorrect Grade. Am I doomed?

Hello,
I did well with my fall semester classes and kept good grades. My AP calculus grade, however, showed as a D on my transcript. Long story short, the teacher entered the final incorrectly, and for a few students including myself, the grade got submitted incorrectly resulting in the letter grade to fall all the way to a D. This is no problem as the teacher acknowledged this and the grades are being changed to what it should be.
My panic set in when I realized that my counselor had already submitted this transcript to USAFA without the correct grade. It shows as reviewed on my portal which makes me panic even more. For all I know, this just ruined my chances as they now see that I got a D in my calculus class last semester. I called my USAFA counselor and am waiting for a response.

My question is, am I doomed? Can I submit the new transcript? And if I can, will they look at it and acknowledge that it changed? I am panicking.

Contact your RC and explain what happened. Don't panic.
They reviewed it almost 20 days ago, and I just caught it now. I assumed that I would have had to take initiative to send my fall transcript which is why I was waiting for my teacher to change the grade (he's been really slow with it), but my school counselor sent it without me knowing. I check my portal multiple times a week and I didn't catch it until now. Does the fact that it's been a fairly long time hurt me- could I be on some sort of TWE list by this point?

I was in a similar situation with my USMA application, but after contacting the admissions team, they just told me to send an updated official transcript to fix the problem.

Thank you! That helps ease my mind a lot.
