Inspire CFA question

Hello, my DS attended the Inspire program at the USNA in March. During that time he was given the opportunity to take the CFA, but he never received the results. He thinks he did well but would love to know for sure. Did anyone else have the same experience? Does anyone know if the CFA taken at Inspire counts? We didn’t receive anything indicating it did count nor can we see the results on his profile. Thank you.

My DS didn't receive his results from his CFA at CVW. He doesn't think they counted it. He said the detailers were pretty inconsistent on what they were counting and not counting. Some were making people touch their chests to the ground during pushups and others were barely going down. Some people were doing underhand pullups. At least the weekend he was there they treated it like a practice CFA.

He remembers his numbers and times right? That’s likely all he’ll ever know. I don’t think Admissions tells candidates how they score the CFA. Though they may tell him whether he met the minimums. When in doubt, he can reach out to his admissions counselor.

It may have been a practice. The Admissions cycle generally starts in May or June. They may have a cutoff on the early side for the CFA. Admissions is your best source.

It was on a case by case basis kinda. Some kids requested that we sent it in and others didn't. If your DS wanted to have his scores submitted, his midshipman should have done so. There is a form that we use to submit CFA scores in particular.
