Interview not showing up on portal

Hello,
My interview was over 3 weeks ago and my ALO said that he already sent it in the system when I asked, but it is not showing up on my portal, therefore my application is not complete. Is anyone having the same problem and does anyone have an explanation? I called my USAFA counselor at Colorado Springs and he told me 2 weeks ago to just wait another week but its already been 2 more.

My interview never showed as complete. But it didn’t show that it was missing either
 
As I understood that Academy has a due date for ALO to submit evaluation report. That's mean, your ALO will do it by the date after your interview. Nothing to worry about. @skyflies2023 is right. For our DS, it did not show either missing or complete.
 
My interview showed as missing until my ALO submitted the forms which was around 5 days after the interview because of his traveling schedule. It never showed up as "complete", but it was no longer under "what's missing".

It's a very long ride sometimes. Work on Plans B, C, D, and stop checking your portal every time you have a Pop Tart.
