Is it possible to leave during CORTRAMID?

I have CORTRAMID this summer, but my only sibling is also graduating from college in the middle of the CORTRAMID dates. Are you able to leave training for 2 days or are you required to be their the entire time?
 
At least in the past, there are East Coast and West Coast CORTRAMIDs that are not on the same schedule. Recommend confirming those approx. timeframes for next Summer's activities, and requesting if you can attend the one that would not interfere with your sibling's graduation. I would check with your chain of command about exploring whether this request can be accommodated. Good luck/ hope this helps and congrats to your sibling on their college graduation.
 
OP: you will not be able to leave your training evolution. Best to request West or East based on the schedules.

As you can imagine, missing life events is a hard reality for military personnel.

Trust me. You'll miss nothing by missing his graduation. I know it's nice to be supportive but your sibling will know you're there is spirit. DS missed his grandmother's funeral recently. These things happen when you're in the military.
