Is this a disqualifier?

Hi,
Can anybody help me find out if I can still attend West point or USNA if I have OCD and anxiety? I take prozac and its all very well controlled. Would this hamper my abilities of getting in?

I'm not a medical professional, but my understanding is that it is a DQ but waiverable if you have been off treatment for 24 months or so.
