Is this an LOA or something else and a few related questions...

For those of you who have received an LOA...were you able to take your SAT/ACT and submit your score? Or did you receive LOA without SAT/ACT?
My DD did submit scores. Was able to get 2 tests in this fall. She had 5 canceled tests. She took her first SAT in December 2019.

My DD took it early but has not had the ability to retake...doesn't like score but USNA requested she submit (perhaps good enough?). Anyway, she has received 4 Noms (1 Presidential and 3 MOC). Everything on her checklist has been complete since beginning of Nov. She is keeping fingers crossed that she receives appointment.

4 noms and 3q. With presidential.

You must be very proud. Good luck.

DS had ACT scores. He took the ACT in the summer after his sophomore year and again in the beginning of his junior year. The decision to take it early just turned out to be a blessing
