Does anyone know when USNA distributes a list of items that need to be done before I-Day? Also, will it come in email, snail mail or on the portal?

I'm pretty sure that comes in the BFE (not the nice letter that says you got in) by snail mail once you've accepted the appointment.

They will send a Permit to Report package in early April. Some of the stuff has moved to the portal. In the meantime gather your birth certificate and your shot record.
