'Items waiting to be processed' in netfocus

My son had all of his documents in late Nov/early Dec for the NROTC scholarship. The only thing that was pending was his first semester college transcript that was not even available until January after final grades were in. However, his netfocus status still has 6 items "waiting to be processed". His recruiter says that she submitted all these docs. But nothing has changed in over a month. Should he contact his CO at his Unit? Suggestions?

Thanks for the link. I will have my son make contact. He's asked his recruiter several times and she states they are all in. But still today--they are all "still waiting to be processed". Any easy explanation this could be happening?

Unfortunately, I'd be guessing when it comes to NetFocus. Sorry.

The recruiters simply gather all necessary parts of the application and push it to Pensacola for review and board action. The folks in Pensacola (at the email above) will provide the confirmation that all elements were received. Once confirmed, you've done all you can. Good luck!
