I was wondering if anyone had any experience with Army JAG. If one does ROTC/USMA and gets an Ed Delay, what are the chances of getting a JAG slot? Do ROTC/USMA grads get any boost in the boards due to prior military experience?
Any anecdotal evidence?

Also, if you aren't selected, are you just tossed into the Needs of the Army Computer?

Finally, does time in Law School count towards any of the Incurred time from ROTC?

Thanks,
Josh

Can't speak for much Army but I can't imagine that your time in law school counts toward ROTC payback. As a general rule in the USN -- and, I believe in the USA -- graduate school incurs obligation; it doesn't satisfy it. Thus, you'll incur add'l obligation for law school -- usually a 2 for 1 payback. Don't know how your JAG school time is counted.

Unless you win some scholarship (i.e. Truman, Hertz, Marshall, and etc), there is no educational dealy to attend graduate school for West Point grads.
