Please consider what your goal and objective is. If your focus is military then really consider what you’re signing up for. Don’t get caught up in the whole idea of attending a service academy just because it’s a service academy. You’ll have a reality check very quick and really question your decisions if that’s a main reason for wanting to come here. USMMA is a great school but if you don’t have a passion for the maritime industry you’re going to struggle for 4 years. Preparation for a military career is not the goal of this school, while it may teach discipline and living a regimented life, you will not have the experience of other service academy’s.
No, not retired. I work in the energy/marine insurance field. I live to the south, in Manvel.
