Letter authorizing overnight visit

Twins DS & DS each received letters today saying that they appear competitive and authorizing overnight visits. Just checking to see if others have received the same letter and if anyone can provide further insight. Are these standard/typical letters? Would these letters be LOE’s?

Yes - my son received a letter yesterday. His was labeled as a LOE in his portal.

DS received the same letter today.

It seems a quite a few went out this week. They really mean that your DS is competitive in his district and just keep working to finish the process. They also authorize an overnight visit.

But also remember that they are not an assurance. You should keep working on Plan B & C.
