My question is in reference of what to do when your assigned officer is too busy to respond? I have an older son at USAFA who applied in high school ...his ALO experience was drastically different. I am very understanding of his busy schedule. However we are now getting close to the dead line and I'm starting to get nervous.
First attempt was the email with no responce(months ago). We suspect that email might be dead. His first call the wife answered and told DS OL is very busy and only talks with candidates when everything is complete. All was well except it took DS until Christmas break to finish the essays. I know that's bad. Yes older brother told him his delay on his part does not make an emergency for the OL. He left message on voice mail , as well as spoke with the wife a second time. He plans to call a fain and leave a message for OL that he left an email with his contact information.
How much info does the OL have for an applicant?
At what point do we panic and ask to be reassigned?
DS has a nomination
