Earlier this month, on the first, I was fortunate enough to receive a Letter of Assurance from USAFA. Additionally, I was notified on the 7th that I had received a Senatorial Nomination and they would send it to USAFA the following Wednesday, on the 12th. It wasn't until the 14th that it appeared in my USAFA portal as received. I have been medically qualified as of 10/30 and I haven't been notified of anything else I need to complete. Is there any other requirement I need to complete or someone I need to contact in order to be sent an offer of an appointment or do I just sit tight until USAFA handles it? Thank you for your time.

I was in the same boat with an LOA (Nov 17) and a nomination (Dec 1) and I was stuck waiting for an offer. My portal updated on Dec 15. Just wait for USAFA to do their thing and you will be just fine!!

+1 to @Mr.Feelgood (despite that unfortunate handle). Your LOA should state very clearly the condition you need to address to turn the LOA into an offer of appointment. Take care of that issue and then sit tight. It’s good training for the military way: “Hurry up and wait.”

So I had a LOA from another service Academy and received a nomination from my Representative and received the appointment the very next day after it was uploaded. On the other hand, I did not receive a LOA from AFA but had received both Senators nominations .... patiently waiting to see how things pan out.
