Marine option ROTC

I am only going into my sophomore year of high school, and I want to become an officer in the Marine Corps, I want to accomplish this by going to the Naval Academy, but things do go wrong, and sometimes people don't get accepted. I have been looking at Boston University as a second option then the service academies, and I was wondering if anyone knows about their ROTC programs, also Iowa States ROTC program. Any information would be greatly appreciated!

I am a Marine Option cadet at the Virginia Military Institute. If you are interested in the Naval Academy you should also look at one of the 6 Senior Military Colleges. If you have any questions about VMI let me know I will try to help you out.
