M1 Beast: My DS was notified approximately a week after that change on his portal that he received the scholarship. Keep in mind the recruiters may know, but do not have authority to tell you anything until they receive that authority. We now assume my DS's recruiter knew awhile back that he won but was not YET authorized to tell him until the process was final and the placement office secured a slot for him in one of his five colleges. As soon as they had authority, they informed him. Perhaps see what happens early next week, and then call your recruiter to inquire. Good luck!
