Is the "Quadrivalent Meningitis Vaccine" required for NROTC NSI the same thing as the Meningococcal vaccine? I cannot find any way to get the "Quadrivalent Meningitis Vaccine", as it's not offered where I have looked.

Meningococcal quadrivalent vaccines protect against 4 types of meningococcal bacteria: types A, C, Y and W-135. The vaccines are either polysaccharide or conjugate vaccines. Also, since a meningitis B vaccine was not available until 2014, most teenagers have not yet received the vaccine but some have gotten that in recent years - just note this B vaccine is not the same as the quadrivalent vaccine for the specific differences noted herein.

For more supporting details, you should reference the CDC and HHS official government website: https://www.cdc.gov/vaccines/vpd/mening/index.html

Recommend you call your health care provider to confirm exactly what vaccine you received and whether it is falls into the "Meningococcal quadrivalent" category. I also recommend that you ask your health care provider for options to get vaccinated as/ if needed locally. You don't need to be an expert on vaccines as much as you need to get in touch with your health provider who is / does - rely on them to get what you need or confirm you already have it. Good luck.

@HowBoutThemApples: As an aside, once you turn 18, if you want your parents/guardians to be able to have health care providers inform them about your medical condition &/or make healthcare decisions if you're unable to, you need to prepare & sign a HIPAA release authorizing this. They need a copy & keep one with your records at the SA.
