Methacholine Challenge Test

I have recently just taken a methacholine test to prove I do not have asthma, and I sent my results in to DoDMERB following the correspondence, making sure it included "printouts of FVC, FEV1, FEV1/FVC, FEF 25-75% as well as the flow volume loops in accordance with American Thoracic Society guidelines". Today I received a new correspondence and it was the same exact one as I received last time directing me to receive a new consultation with a pulmonologist on asthma status to perform the methacholine challenge test, I am confused as to what DoDMERB is asking from me now; it took almost three months to get the appointment to get the test done and I do not think I can get another one done within the waiver time frame. Ultimately, I do not know what DoDMERB is asking me, I have received the same correspondence as last time after I submitted what the remedial required me to submit. Any help will be greatly appreciated.

Well bt18 already responded and now undersatnds, so this is just an example, but he was just one of many:

1. There may be about 4 folks on the Forums that would even know what this means "printouts of FVC, FEV1, FEV1/FVC, FEF 25-75%"
2. "I am confused as to what DoDMERB is asking from me now;" I'm just guessin (bt18 agreed later) but maybe the right COA would be to ....wait for it...ask DoDMERB...vice going on to a public forum

And probably asking DoDMERB at the assigned contact level first, rather than involving the Deputy before all avenues of inquiry were exhausted. Blame it on Siri and Alexa, if you can get someone else to do the work, then...

I have to say at the age these kids are, I always had difficulty determining the next appropriate COA. With a few years of experience in the corporate world I became a master at it.

Correct....On the bright side, I see many 17 and 18 year olds that are going on 35 and counsel their parents. It runs the gamut

When I asked my mom how to spell something, she carefully and quietly spelled out “d-i-c-t-i-o-n-a-r-y,” which steered me down the path of self-solving unless I was truly stumped. I could picture her today, telling me to “Be your own Siri. Whip Alexa’s butt.” 🤣

No wonder you always point people to primary sources!!! :)
