Missing Athletic Info on AROTC Scholarship Activities List

I just now went back to look through my ROTC Scholarship Application and realized that for some reason my basketball and soccer sports information is not listed under my activities. I don't know if this a system fault or if I accidentally deleted them when going through (probably more likely the latter, although I have no recollection of doing so). Because I have 4 varsity letters in soccer and was a captain for two years, I think it is a vitally important aspect of my file and desperately want to make sure it is included.

I talked about my soccer achievements and varsity with my PMS interviewer, as well as included extra information about it in the expanded comments section, so is it likely that they caught it? Or could this discrepancy negatively impact my file?

I understand how pathetic of an oversight this is on my part, and I want to do whatever I can to remedy it. I have already been listed as boarded for the third session, so do you think it's too late? Who should I go about contacting to try and fix this??

Thanks in advance!

The Interviewer can only make adjustments on the interview form. If you told him about your varsity sports, then you got points for them for your 200 interview points. I am not sure how much they count towards the board score, however if you didn't have them listed in the application, you probably won't get any points for them from the scholarship board. The 3rd board results will be published soon.

What is the points breakdown for the score that is used to make decisions?

Thanks for the answer! Ultimately I'm happy to say that everything worked out in the end
