NAPS Acceptance Notice

How are candidates notified if they were selected to attend Naval Academy prep-school or not? I randomly checked my portal today and with no email or TWE it said Turned down. Do I have to be turned down in order to be considered for NAPS? Is this the end of the line?

In my daughter's case regarding her acceptance NAPS, there was only a single notification regarding the USNA decision on her application. As far as the "end of the line", that is your decision. If you still believe your heart you want to attend the USNA, start working on your best 2027 package now.
