Kiddo just got offer pending vision waiver. We're excited and optimistic. My first son also went to NAPS and had a great experience and is now a 3/C at USNA.

DD got flagged from DoDMERBS yesterday for basically knee tendon inflammation 3 years ago. She’s been active in collegiate level ROTC for last 2 yrs. while in HS since no JROTC available. She received email from USNA health this morning saying she’s in the waiver process…. Hopefully the process moves quickly. She has to accept or decline a ROTC scholarship by 4/21 at her plan B school

She can accept the scholarship but later decline. The SAs and ROTC both know there is a lot of fluidity and multiple applications ongoing.
