The new Captain of EAGLE is outstanding. I haven't met a person yet who hasn't had anything but positive feelings for him. He is very intelligent, but he doesn't speak down to people. Great person and EAGLE is lucky to have him. He is currently the Deputy Chief of Congressional Affairs.
 
The captain I'm talking about is the new CO, not the one this thread was orignially started for.
