So I just received the results of the Senate nomination and found that I was nominated to West Point again. Leaving me with 2 nominations to West Point and none to the Naval Academy even though I already have a conditional offer to the USNA. Is there anyone I can contact to appeal this decision or even get one of the USMA nominations transferred over to the USNA? Thanks.

Yes. Your MOC, but it may be too late now since the slate deadline was 1/31. However, there is nothing to be lost by trying.

You can always ask to be kept in mind if someone declines a USNA nomination.

Keep in mind what you are really asking is for a fellow applicant’s name to be taken off a slate of 10 for USNA, (assuming they submitted the max) so your name can be put on it.

This happens every year - applicants with LOAs and conditional offers not able to get an elected official nom. That leaves the VP and a tiny chance of Admissions “magic” - or no appointment offer.

Continue to tend alternate plans and hang in there.
