I'm not sure if it is different for every nomination source, but do most congressmen and senators allow for ACT and SAT scores to be superscored?

My two senators and congressman have no information about whether or not they do and their offices are currently closed. I understand that the Academy superscores, just not sure about nominations.

Thanks

I asked my Senator and they do not. They do look at all scores.

I have not heard of any MOC "super-scoring" their candidates. I do ask ALO's around the country: none have seen this.

Yeah, the others have it right - no superscoring. Take each test at least twice unless you're confident that one attempt will yield a score you're comfortable submitting.

My ds is finishing up his nomination package for Senator Boxer (CA) and I can tell you that superscoring is allowed. On the application it asks for your best subset scores and what date you achieved them.

Hello all, I hope you all are doing well!
Does anyone know what ACT/SAT scores the panel for the nominations like to see?

There are 535 Members of Congress so there are 535 different nomination panels. It’s not possible to answer your question accurately. Since those scores are also what you submit to the academies for your application, the key would actually be to ask what scores the academies want to see.
For USAFA, my recommendation is to shoot for a 33 ACT or better for most candidates. That varies of course with different circumstances.
