Did you get a nomination? If so, congratulations, and do you mind saying from which MOC? There has been very little discussion on this forum about Texas noms so far.
From what I understand, most MOCs don't rank or assign primary noms. I'm pretty sure your MOC staffer people would let your know if you have a primary nom. Otherwise, that kind of info won't show up on your CIS.
Generally speaking, if a MOC is ranking the slate of nominations there will be a statement to that effect and the nominee will be told of his/her rank. The plus side is that those nominees know where they stand in the pecking order. The downside is that the requirement to take the first fully qualified nominee can ace out the most qualified nominee. This is one reason there is a preference for the fully competitive slate used by most MOC's of late. The out is that all qualified nominees are in the Qualified Alternate pool.
