Ohh thatIt’s usually the 2 senators and 1 representative for the district of residence, for USNA, USMA, USAFA, the DOD SAs. For USMMA, it can be any representative in the state. USCGA does not require a nomination.

Your best and most accurate source of information will be primary sources. If you have not read every page, dropdown and link on your SA of interest website, I recommend it. Most answers are there.

Thank you so much!As stated by Capt MJ, except for USMMA, you can only apply for nominations from your state/voting district.
~ If you live in VA, and Fairfax county, you can't apply for a nom for USAFA/USNA/USMA from Prince William County if it is a different congressional district. Your noms would come from VA Sens and your congressional district.
I would also add that not every MoC does an interview. For my DS, only 1 of the 3 MoCs did an interview, the other 2 decided based on the paper submitted, i.e. application.
~ DS did receive all 3 MoC nominations.
