NROTC 2 year scholarship/ advanced standing?

I'm currently a 3/c midshipman finishing up the spring semester. Has anyone heard anything about the side-load scholarship or advanced standing applications?

My current NROTC advisor hasn't received word on it, but a friend from another university said they're starting their applications now.

I remember applying for the 3 year scholarship around this time last year, so I'm somewhat concerned haha.
 
Clearly it needs to be done before the end of the semester so now would be the time. Work your way up the CoC but go back to your adviser one more time.
 
The 3-year/2-year side load and advanced standing applications have been out since mid-December. They are due to your unit 31 MAY.
