NROTC Application at Recruiter

I am currently a senior in high school and am applying for the NROTC Marine Option Scholarship. The due date for all documents was January 31 and I gave everything in. When I check the status of my application it says "at recruiter for processing" and then states I am missing the documents I signed at my interview and test scores that I gave in. Is my application disqualified because these items aren't in and the dead line passed?

This happened to me with my NROTC application. I would call the recruiter and ask if they turned your documents in. Mine forgot to confirm the submission or something and my application was turned in a month later than it should have been.
