NROTC interview....can it be done via Skype or Facetime, etc?

I won't get into the reason, but is it possible to do the NROTC interview via Skype, Facetime or another video conference?
 
It's up to the interviewer. I've seen both with my kids. But the interviewer would be the one to ask or ask your POC.
 
Yes, it is possible. But as stated above, that will be up to the interviewer.
