Is anyone else's NROTC portal not working? I can login on my cell phone but whenever I try on my laptop, I can access the login screen but whenever I enter my email/password, it just reloads the page and prompts me to enter the email and password again, but no "incorrect email/password" message appears like when I intentionally get something wrong to see if this is the problem.
