Shot in the dark here. I'm active duty navy stationed at the Naval Academy. I'm looking to up my pistol and rifle quals. Are enlisted sailors allowed on the NSA range to do that? Or is it strictly mids only? I've heard yes and no from various sources so I'm looking for some clarity. If not, where is the closest range I could do that? The range in Norfolk does, but would like to avoid a 4 hour drive. Any help appreciated. Thanks!
