I am not trying to call you out on this just curious as to the difference. Any chance the official numbers start with those who survive swab summer rather than the R-day numbers?
No no, didn't think you were calling my out to any degree greater than I deserve to be. I have no idea which numbers admissions uses for their numbers. If they do post-swab summer #s, that would of course bump up the graduation rate. If Objee is saying my class was 72%, that's pretty close to the approx. 70% I counted with my Tide Rips year book. That 2% could be due to my fat fingering the count. 72% is still significantly lower than the 80+% quoted for the larger service academies (and I assume the target USCGA number).
Objee, what is the "starting number" that admissions uses, post Swab Summer or pre-Swab Summer?
Again, with class numbers in the hundreds instead of thousands, a few people make a larger dent in the percentages.
