I realize that the rules say that each MOC can not have more than 5 cadets/mids that they have nominated from their district at each service academy at one time. However, does that also mean that there cannot be more than 5 cadets/mids from one district at each academy at one time? Can each academy appoint more than 1 cadet/mid each year from one city as long as they all have noms? Say for example that in one city, in one year, there are five applicants to the USNA. Can all five get appointments to the USNA, if they have for, example the following noms: 1 U.S. Rep. 1 U.S. Senator, 1, U.S. Senator, 1 Vice President, 1 JROTC.
