Just since EA has already passed can you also post if you were deferred from EA? Or add how you were notified? thanks!

I was notified through my portal, then recieved my letter about a week later. I was not deferred from EA.

DD was deferred on Jan 15th, then received notification via e-mail that there was a message on her portal. She got her appointment only 3 days after she was deferred.

I got deferred from EA, then heard that I had an appointment the following week. I was told by my congressman on a Thursday, and got my portal update and letter 6 days later from USAFA.

I just received word of a principal nomination to USAFA and a congratulations on my appointment. Although my portal says nothing about my appointment, I am 3Q with a principal, so from my understanding, I'm now guaranteed an appointment. Now the tough decisions are becoming reality!
