DD has received qualified status for each of the SAs she is applying to. As an athlete, rather than wear glasses, she would wear ortho K contacts at night. So as not to trigger a DQ, she stopped ortho K for the required 60 or 90 days (I can't remember which it was) per the DODMERB instructions.

She has been wearing glasses for most of the year while she waited for the qualified status. She would very much like to go back to her ortho K contacts at night. Would there be an issue with doing so now that she is qualified? If admitted, I would assume she would have to go back to glasses. Anyone with any experience or advice would be greatly appreciated.

Did she not state on her intake that she wore them?

They state stop x days prior for the exam, because it can impact the results.

Yes. She disclosed it. They just need to be off of them for 60 days so they can test an unaltered eye. She is now qualified and wants to wear them again.
