Even though the academy is a relatively full ride, what does the academy do with other scholarships that we receive and are sent to them?
I saw in the permit-to-report checklist that I should send them to the Midshipman when the Academic year starts

Here’s a recent version of the USNA Midshipman Budget book, which is updated yearly. The scholarship info doesn’t usually change.
