Part 1 has to be done online, by you, and I believe it has to be completed before sending the other parts in. Once you submit that, you will then get access to the online portal showing you what remaining items are needed by admissions. From that point, based on my experience, you will send in the application materials as you complete them (i.e. the letters of recommendation can arrive separately from the Part 3 form). Just as a reminder, you have to mail or fax them to admissions.USMMA has three separate parts to its application.
