Make sure you are checking email and spam. Last year during the 2024 cycle with early onset Covid, the PTR arrived digitally. We laughingly purchased a new print cartridge to get it printed in triplicate and then proceeded to organize and DS hammered out the get it done strategy.

I am assuming, and may be wrong, that the OP is referring to the pending PTR letter that will indicate whether to arrive on July 29 or 30, and at what time. Otherwise, the PTR info/docs to submit have been available for a couple weeks on the USNA website.
