Hello everybody, I am taking my PFA Friday and I was going to be taking it with my personal fitness trainer administering me. The official scholarship portal says any adult figure with proper exercise form may administer the test.

Background: He's 20, in final steps to become a Firefighter, fitness trainer on side.

I know it falls under the category of "proper form non family adult" but would this be frowned upon?

    My scores:

    44 PU, 50 SU, 5:36 Run 1 MI

I know the Army ROTC people will not know the background of this person as well as me to know he's reputable, but I don't want them thinking that my scores are bs or such because it's not with an official coach. Thanks guys!

One more question: I know Army ROTC takes a screenshot from the college board for my SAT score but I want to make sure I send it to the correct email, advice on where to find this email?

We used our DS’s licensed personal trainer as well for my son and had no issues w AROTC.

Instead of emailing it, is it possible for you to scan and upload into your portal?

My DD uploaded her ACT scores and they approved it within 24 hours.

By uploading do you mean taking the screenshot off the college board and uploading it with a title such as SAT or something??

Yes. Put the title and date of the SAT as the file name.

If I recall (my DD did this so I don’t have firsthand experience), there’s also a drop down box in the portal that you can choose what category of info you’re uploading. For her ACT scores, I think she chose “ACT Scores” from that drop down box.

Wait until tomorrow to get the approval. It might actually happen by cob today.

Actually, tomorrow the govt is closed so if it’s not approved by cob today, then it’ll be reviewed on Thursday.

Did you check to see if it’ll take only pdf files or not? I’m not sure what format your screenshot is

It doesn't say only PDF. 1/2 of the files im trying to upload as of right now is PDF as well. My problem is because even if it's not reviewed it should show as uploaded...

Fitness instructor will be fine and scan and upload. Be a little patient once you upload...as long as you can see it in your saved files you are good. Eventually it will get approved.
