Hello everybody, I am taking my PFA Friday and I was going to be taking it with my personal fitness trainer administering me. The official scholarship portal says any adult figure with proper exercise form may administer the test.
Background: He's 20, in final steps to become a Firefighter, fitness trainer on side.
I know it falls under the category of "proper form non family adult" but would this be frowned upon?
My scores:
44 PU, 50 SU, 5:36 Run 1 MI
I know the Army ROTC people will not know the background of this person as well as me to know he's reputable, but I don't want them thinking that my scores are bs or such because it's not with an official coach. Thanks guys!
One more question: I know Army ROTC takes a screenshot from the college board for my SAT score but I want to make sure I send it to the correct email, advice on where to find this email?
