Hey, guys. I am a sophomore in high school (soon to be a junior) who is hoping to get into one of the academies, the Naval Academy being my top choice. I plan on applying to both the USAFA and the USNA Summer Seminars. I was wondering if anyone had any idea of the best way to get in shape for the Academies? Fitness regimens, diet plans, etc.? If anyone could give me some advice it would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!
