If the hayfever is severe enough to require prescription medications then there is a chance one could be disqualified from flight. If DoDMERB hasn't had a problem with your hayfever, then most likely (as long as it doesn't get worse in 4 years) it will not be a problem when you take the comissioning physical for flight.
