Portal Update but no letter

The USAFA portal is updated saying nomination received from my MOC (VA) but I have not received any letter. The portal updated on Monday this week. Is there any need for concern? I keep checking the portal to make sure I didn't dream it. :)
 
Our son's portals updated before he got notice in writing. One senator has not sent any written notice, and he received it in portal 17 Dec. He did miss a phone call from other Senator advising of nomination the day prior to that showing in portal. Don't worry, each MOC does it differently, it shows in the portal, that's the most important part! Good job, you!
 
DS’ showed it portal and was another week and a half plus before a letter arrived. No worries!

Ds is in the same boat. Still processing and beyond thankful for the opportunity to be considered for an appointment
 
Also from VA (District 6- Ben Cline) and the same thing here. The letter eventually came.
