PTR Question

Did you get the message:

"The document you are trying to load requires Adobe Reader 8 or higher. You may not have the Adobe Reader installed or your viewing environment may not be properly configured to use Adobe Reader.

For information on how to install Adobe Reader and configure your viewing environment please see http://www.adobe.com/go/pdf_forms_configure."
 
According to the Permit to Report USNA webpage, it states: "Parental Driving and Parking Privileges Form was not included in your Permit to Report Package. Please print a copy from the link below and submit with your other forms or bring with you on I-Day." I would assume we should be able to print the form. Also, @connorjp I am also getting the same message.

You should have received an email from USNA recently saying that the form will be mailed to you at a later date.
 
As for the message needing adobe reader 8 or higher, I got the same message. Download the form and open in adobe, the form is there. I never did receive an email from admissions saying that it will be mailed at a later date.
 
Have you tried a different browser? I know it doesn't make sense to you but believe me, that sometimes solves the problem. All browsers are not equal.
 
Opens fine for me. As suggested, try a different PC or a different browser since some documents don't open correctly with certain browsers (...IE vs. google chrome....etc). It is one of those 'fill in the blanks & print' forms. Doesn't hurt to print it and have it as a backup even if the form eventually arrives in the mail.
 
This is for Google Chrome: The type of form can't be opened up by Chrome inside of Chrome. Go to Settings/Advanced Settings/Content settings/PDF documents and toggle the switch to the right to have the pdf downloaded instead of opening inside of Chrome.
